  • Austin Daniels

    CONSTRUCTION & HARDSCAPE DIVISION MANAGER

    Austin began working at CLI at age fourteen and went on to earn a B.S. in Landscape Design/Build from Delaware Valley University.

    He now manages the hardscaping, construction, and landscaping division, sharing his expertise with his crew. Austin is also certified in Interlocking Concrete Pavement (ICP) and earned a continuing education certificate at the 2025 Techo-Bloc Hardscaper Summit.

  • Ryan Carhart

    CONSTRUCTION & MECHANIC SPECIALIST

    Ryan has over 10 years of experience with Cultural Landscapes, Inc., working across landscaping, hardscaping, and construction. He oversees equipment maintenance and repairs while working on field projects. Ryan also holds a degree in Automotive & High Performance and earned a continuing education certificate after attending the 2025 Techo-Bloc Hardscaper Summit.

  • Matt DeLuca

    LAWN DIVISION MANAGER

    Matt has worked at CLI for over fifteen years and enjoys the tasks involved with lawn care. From mowing to overseeding - he’s your guy!

    He is extremely knowledgable in this field and offers exceptional and thorough services. Matt manages the lawn division and oversees multiple crews making sure our clients’ properties are well cared for.

  • Ethan Brader

    SALES CONSULTANT & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

    Ethan Brader brings experience in business development and client relationships to CLI, Inc. He earned a degree in Business from Muhlenberg College, where he played football for four years, before building his sales experience at ADP. At CLI, Ethan works with homeowners to understand their vision, explore project options, and guide them through the planning process for their outdoor living projects.

  • Courtney Stinger

    OFFICE MANAGER & CUSTOMER RELATIONS

    Courtney joined CLI, Inc. in 2025, bringing a strong background in customer service, communication, and client coordination. She helps keep projects organized and running smoothly from planning through completion while continuing to expand her knowledge of the landscaping and hardscaping industry. Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Austin.
