jared Daniels
Owner and Founder
Jared started in the landscaping business with a crew that consisted of only himself. His original business, Jared Daniels Landscaping, was established in 1997 and later evolved into Cultural Landscapes, Inc in 2007. He hired like-minded individuals, those who were career driven with a wide knowledge in landscaping. Today, Jared and his crew continue to serve the community by offering quality and affordable landscaping services and more.
Austin Daniels
Construction and Hardscaping division manager
Austin began working for Cultural Landscapes when he was fourteen and became fascinated with landscaping. After high school, he attended Delaware Valley University and received his B.S. in Landscape Design/Build.
Austin now manages the hardscaping, construction and landscaping division, sharing his knowledge and passion with his crew. He is also Certified in Hardscaping Interlocking Concrete (ICP). Attended the Hardscaper Summit in 2025, presented by Techo-Bloc and received a continuing education certificate.
Matt Deluca
Lawn division manager
Matt has worked at Cultural Landscapes for over fifteen years and enjoys the tasks involved with lawn care. From mowing to overseeding - he’s your guy!
He is extremely knowledgable in this field and offers exceptional and thorough services. Matt manages the lawn division and oversees multiple crews making sure our clients’ properties are well cared for.
Sasha & Sky 
Administrative Assistants
Sasha and Sky love the outdoors, running, digging, and chasing squirrels. They eagerly greet visitors, especially for treats. They often nap on the job, but we are ok with that!
Ryan Carhart
construction/mechanic

Ryan has worked at Cultural Landscapes for over 10 years assisting and learning all of the aspects of landscaping, hardscaping, and construction. During this time Ryan has advanced his knowledge by obtaining a degree in Automotive & High performance.
Ryan takes care of equipment maintenance and repairs along with working in the field on hardscaping and construction projects. Attended the Hardscaper Summit in 2025, presented by Techo-Bloc and received a continuing education certificate.
Courtney Stinger
manager/ customer relations
Courtney joined Cultural Landscapes in 2025 with a strong background in customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. Her work with a diverse range of businesses has equipped her with the skills to effectively understand and meet clients’ needs.
Courtney prioritizes clear communication, organization, and coordination to ensure projects run smoothly from planning to completion. Though new to the landscape and hardscape design industry, she is dedicated to growing her expertise under Jared’s leadership. Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Austin.
Ethan Brader
Sales consultant
Ethan Brader joins Cultural Landscapes with a strong background in business development and client relationships.
He earned his degree in Business from Muhlenberg College, where he was also a dedicated member of the football team throughout all four years of his college career. His experience as a collegiate athlete helped develop the discipline, teamwork, and work ethic that continue to shape his professional approach.
Following graduation, Ethan built his career in sales with ADP, where he gained valuable experience helping clients identify solutions tailored to their needs while providing exceptional customer service.
At Cultural Landscapes, Ethan works closely with homeowners throughout the planning process, taking the time to understand each client's vision and guiding them through the options available for their outdoor living projects. His goal is to make every customer feel informed, comfortable, and confident from the initial consultation through the beginning of construction. Outside of work, Ethan enjoys staying active, spending time with family and friends, and helping clients create outdoor spaces they'll enjoy for years to come.
